- Unused credits — refundable in full within 14 days of purchase.
- Spent credits — not refundable. The work was done, and doing it cost real money.
- Subscriptions — cancel any time. Pro runs to the end of the period paid for; periods already started are not refunded.
Credits
You can have unused credits refunded in full within 14 days of buying them.
A refund takes back the credits it refunds. If you bought 5,000 credits and 1,000 of that pack remain unused, 1,000 credits' worth is refundable — the credits already spent are not.
Credits never expire, so there is no need to use them quickly to avoid losing them.
Pro subscriptions
You can cancel Pro at any time from your PayPal account. Cancelling stops the next payment, and Pro keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. A period that has started is not refunded in part.
If Pro begins with an introductory price, cancel before the introductory period ends and you will not be charged the regular price at all.
How to ask
Write from your account email address to info@khadhami.com with the PayPal reference from your Account page. A person replies within two working days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal.
Disputes
Please write to us before opening a PayPal dispute — it is almost always quicker. Every credit added to or taken from an account is recorded with its date and reason, and if a dispute is opened that record is what we share with PayPal to show what was delivered and when.
If a payment is refunded or reversed — through us or through a PayPal dispute — the credits it bought are removed from the account, in proportion to the amount returned and as far as they have not been spent. A subscription payment returned in full ends the Pro period it paid for.
If we close a service
If we retire a paid service, or close your account for any reason other than a breach of our Terms of Service, we refund the credits you can no longer use.
